Single V Dies
Unlike a Multi-V Die, which has several V-grooves of different sizes (usually with different widths on all four sides), a Single V Die has only one specific V-shaped opening on the steel body.

The reason single-V dies are favored in precision machining is largely due to the following characteristics:
Exceptional Centering Accuracy (Concentricity): This is the biggest advantage of a single-V die. Because it features only a single groove, the centerline of the V-groove remains permanently and absolutely aligned with the upper die once installed. When switching between single-V dies of different widths, there is no need to recalibrate the center—unlike multi-V dies—which significantly enhances bending precision and consistency.
Outstanding Clearance (Zero Interference): The cross-section of a single-V die is typically narrower and more compact. When bending complex shapes (such as short flanges, U-shaped parts, Z-bends, or reverse bends), the sheet metal is less prone to colliding or interfering with the sides of the die.
Quick and Safe Changeovers: Thanks to their small size and lightweight construction, operators can easily handle manual transport and die changes alone. When paired with a quick-clamping system, it enables "one-touch" loading and unloading, making it exceptionally well-suited for high-efficiency, high-mix, low-volume production models.
Reduced Risk of Die Damage: If a multi-V die experiences uneven stress distribution along its bottom edges, it is prone to deformation or fracture; in contrast, a single-V die transfers force directly to the lower table of the machine, resulting in a much more stable structure.

Q: Which brands of press brakes is this bending die compatible with?
A: It works with domestic and international standard/non-standard press brakes like Yangli, Yawei, Jinfangyuan, Nantong, Xuzhou, Amada, etc. Just provide the machine model, and we can match it.
Q: How thick of a sheet can it bend?
A: It can bend common sheets from 0.3mm to 50mm, including cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, copper, and more.
Q: Does it support custom non-standard options?
A: Yes! Customization is available: special angles, special R radius, special lengths, special V grooves, step dies, louver dies, forming dies, and more.
Q: Is it in stock? Is shipping fast?
A: Standard dies are largely in stock, with same-day or next-day shipping. Packed in wooden crates and delivered via nationwide logistics.
