Traditional lower dies (like multi-V square dies) can have their V-groove centerline shift when rotating or switching between different V-groove faces. A concentric die, on the other hand, means that no matter which V-groove you choose (whether single V or double V dies), the V-groove’s geometric centerline always stays perfectly aligned with the bending machine’s force center (and the upper die centerline).
