Round Slitting Line Knife
Slitter blades are the core components of slitter and rewinder machine, and here are used for slitting and rewinding stainless steel, silicon steel, pickled coils, copper plates, aluminum plates, non-ferrous metals, coated, and colored coils. These blades are made from materials such as 9CrSi, D2, H13, LD, 1.2746, M2, WC and etc. Through vacuum or salty bath heat treatments, copious cooling, and times tempering, the blades can mostly performance the materials' feartures.

Slitter blades are processed using ultra-precision surface grinding machines, achieving a thickness and flatness precision within 0.002 mm, with a surface smoothness of Ra 0.2 and edge sharpness that meets high wear-resistance standards.
The blades need to be adjusted with sleeves, shims, or rubber-rounded spacers to set the distance and gap. Spacer thicknesses range from 0.3 to 200 mm, also with a tolerance within 0.002 mm, and a hardness of HRC 45–55 when made of C45, 40Cr, or GCr15 materials.
