Pneumatic hemming dies are specialized press brake tools used in sheet metal fabrication specifically for the hemming process.

Simply put, their primary function is to bend the edge of a metal sheet and then flatten it completely at 180° (bringing the surfaces flush together). This is done to increase the strength of the sheet metal edge or to hide sharp edges to prevent cuts and injuries. The term "pneumatic" refers to the use of compressed air to control the rising and lowering of the die's internal mechanism, enabling an extremely efficient two-step processing method.

Q: What is your minimum order requirement?
A: The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for each item will be specified in our quotation. We accept sample and trial orders, but if the quantity of a single item does not meet the MOQ, it will be priced at the sample rate.

Q: Can I get the samples?
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test, and it will be freight collect payment. If simple sample, we will not charge cost; If OEM/ODM samples, we will charge for the sample cost.
