Multi-V Die
A Multi-V Die (or Multi-V Bottom Die) is a commonly used bottom die on a press brake. Unlike a single-V die that only has one V groove, a Multi-V Die usually has a polyhedral structure (like square, hexagonal, or custom multi-groove square bars) with multiple V grooves of different widths or angles on different sides or on the same section.
By rotating, flipping, or moving the bottom die as a whole, operators can use the same die to handle different sheet thicknesses or bending radii.
