Heavy duty dual extension forks
The double-deep, dual-motor telescopic fork is made up of four stacked sections: the upper fork (front fork arm), upper middle fork, lower middle fork, and lower fork (fixed fork arm). It achieves telescopic movement through a combined gear-and-rack and sprocket-and-chain drive system.

Each fork section has a clear function:
- Lower fork: Fixed to the load platform as the base component; it doesn’t participate in telescopic movement.
- Lower middle fork: Driven by a gear and rack or sprocket and chain, it can extend outward by 50%-60% of its own length.
- Upper middle fork: Extends outward from the midpoint of the lower middle fork, achieving a secondary extension and expanding the operational range.
- Upper fork: Finally extends from the midpoint of the upper section to complete the last extension, with a total stroke exceeding twice the fork’s own length, allowing it to reach both front and back storage positions on the shelf.
Structural advantage: The four-stage design allows step-by-step telescoping, enabling long-distance cargo transfer in limited space and meeting the space utilization needs of high-density storage.
